2 cups sugar

Instructions:
Prepare the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 180°C (356°F). Grease and lightly flour a baking pan to prevent the cake from sticking. Set it aside.
Blend the Wet Ingredients: Use a blender to combine the eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, and milk. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
Mix in the Dry Ingredients: Add the flour and a pinch of salt to the blender. Blend again until you achieve a smooth, lump-free batter.
Add the Baking Powder: Finally, add the baking powder to the batter. Blend briefly—just enough to mix it in without overmixing.
Pour and Bake: Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Place it in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve: Once done, remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Carefully take it out of the pan, slice, and enjoy!
