- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup green grapes, whole or halved
- 1 cup red grapes, whole or halved
- 1 cup mandarin orange segments (fresh or canned, drained)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced (optional but delicious)
- 1 tablespoon honey or orange juice (optional, for natural glaze)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
- Step 1: Wash & PrepWash all fruits thoroughly under cold water. Peel bananas and mango, then slice or dice as needed. Drain canned fruit if using.Step 2: CombinePlace all the fruits into a large mixing bowl. If using honey or orange juice for a natural glaze, drizzle it over the top.Step
- 3: Toss GentlyUsing a soft spatula or spoon, gently toss everything until well mixed. Be careful not to mash the bananas.
