Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops And Potatoes



This is a great Crockpot recipe and my family still compliments it. I know I’ve burned them in certain dishes in the past, which I’ve worked hard to change, but this recipe isn’t one from the burnt pile.


  • 3 lbs red potatoes – cut into quarters
  • 6 (3/4-inch) boneless pork chops (or bone-in, if available)
  • 1/2 c olive oil
  • 2 tsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons butter – cubes

Instructions :

  1. Pork chops in an oiled skillet on medium/high heat. (optional)
  2. Mixing oil, ranch and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Putting potato slices & ham in slow cooker. Pour the ranch mix on top and toss to coat equally slice potatoes.
  4. Put butter cubes on top.
  5. Cooking on high heat for 3 h. Low, 5-6 h. Salt/pepper to taste.
