Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked macaroni noodles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat. Add in the cooked macaroni noodles, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced onion, diced pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Stir to combine and cook until the cheese is melted. Place a spoonful of the mac and cheese burger mixture onto an egg roll wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly, sealing the edges with water. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Serve hot and enjoy the delicious combination of crispy bacon mac and cheese burger flavors in a convenient egg roll form.
