Directions
Step 1: Prep Your Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. This ensures your bread will rise evenly.
Step 3: Cream Butter & Sugar
In a large mixing bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until creamy and light. This is the base that makes your loaf tender and flavorful.
Step 4: Add Eggs

Step 5: Combine Wet & Dry
