Crispy Chicken Wings



2 pounds chicken wings

- 2 tablespoons baking powder

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- Optional: your favorite seasoning mix (garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, etc.)


1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the baking powder, salt, pepper, and any additional seasoning you like.

3. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels, then add them to the bowl with the seasoning mixture. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

4. Place the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they're not touching each other too much.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.

6. Once cooked, you can enjoy them as is or toss them in your favorite sauce (buffalo sauce, barbecue sauce, teriyaki sauce, etc.).
