Ingredients:
12 large pasta shells
1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and chopped
1/2 lb cooked scallops, chopped
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 cups marinara sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the shrimp, scallops, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each cooked shell with the seafood mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, covering them evenly.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to lightly brown the top.
