Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth.
Spread the soup mixture evenly over the chicken in the crockpot.
Top with stuffing mix, followed by chopped celery and onion. Press down gently so everything settles nicely.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender and stuffing is fluffy.
Fluff the stuffing with a fork and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
