One-Pan Creamy Meat & Potato Skillet



Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced potatoes and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook ground beef with chopped onion and garlic until the meat is browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
Add cooked potatoes back to the skillet with the meat mixture. Stir in heavy cream, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top. Cover and let cook for 2–3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
