Flaky, golden crescent rolls wrapped around a gooey, nutty pecan pie filling — all the flavors of the classic dessert in an easy handheld treat.
Ingredients:
1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp corn syrup (light or dark)
1 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, mix pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla until well combined.
3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
4. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of pecan mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
5. Roll up each crescent, starting from the wide end, and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until golden brown.
7. Cool slightly before serving to allow the filling to set.
