Ingredients

3 large eggs, separated
3 tbsp cream cheese, softened
¼ tsp cream of tartar (or ½ tsp lemon juice)
Optional Add-Ins:
1 tsp garlic powder (for savory)
1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp sweetener (for sweet)
Direction:
1. Whip the Egg Whites (3 mins!)
In a clean bowl, beat egg whites + cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.

2. Mix the Yolks & Cream Cheese
In another bowl, whisk egg yolks + cream cheese until smooth.
Gently fold in whipped egg whites (don’t overmix!).
3. Bake to Cloud-Like Perfection
Spoon batter into 6-8 mounds on a parchment-lined tray.
Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 15-18 mins until golden.
4. Cool & Enjoy!
Let cool 5 mins (they’ll firm up).
Use like bread—toast, sandwich, or eat plain!
