- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce, room temperature
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- In a microwave-safe glass bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
- Microwave the mixture for 90 seconds, then stir well. Heat in additional 15-second intervals if needed, stirring between each, until mostly smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly to about 1-inch thickness.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top and gently swirl using a knife or spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
