A bold fusion dish that delivers major flavor energy!
Ingredients :
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into cubes
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 tbsp oil (for searing)
Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
How to Make It :
Boil the Noodles:
Cook noodles according to package directions, then drain and toss lightly with sesame oil for that easy dinner idea and slurpy noodle goodness.
Sear the Steak:
Season steak cubes with salt and pepper. In a hot skillet with oil, sear for 2–3 mins per side until juicy and browned—this step brings maximum meaty flavor.
Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add a touch more oil if needed. Sauté shrimp for 1–2 mins per side until pink and tender—you're building that surf & turf flavor bomb.
Make the Garlic Sauce:
Melt butter in skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar. Let it bubble and thicken slightly for that sticky umami glaze.
Toss It All Together:
Add noodles, shrimp, and steak back into the skillet. Toss everything to coat evenly in the sauce. Garnish with parsley or green onions for that mouthwatering final touch!
