Ingredients:
1 loaf Texas toast (thick-cut bread)
4 tbsp butter, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp parsley, chopped (optional)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make the garlic butter: In a bowl, mix butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, and parsley.
Spread the butter evenly on one side of each slice of Texas toast.
Add cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan over the top.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Optional: Broil for 1-2 minutes for a golden, crispy top.
