No-Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert

 


Ingredients:

2 cups crushed pineapple (with juice, well-drained)
1 package (200 g) graham crackers or digestive biscuits, crushed
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
Extra crushed graham crackers and pineapple chunks for garnish

Directions:

In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish to form a crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix again.
Fold in whipped cream gently until well combined.
Stir in drained crushed pineapple.
Spread mixture evenly over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best texture.
Before serving, garnish with extra crushed graham crackers and pineapple chunks.
