2-Ingredient Bread

 



Ingredients


2 cups (250 g) self-rising flour

(or: 2 cups all-purpose flour + 1 tbsp baking powder + ½ tsp salt)


1½ cups (360 g) plain yogurt (Greek or regular)


Instructions


Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, combine the flour and yogurt.

Mix with a spoon until a dough forms, then smooth it lightly—don’t overmix.

Transfer the dough into a greased loaf pan and spread evenly.

Bake for 35–45 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool for 10 minutes, slice, and enjoy!

Add a spoon of honey for sweetness.


Brush the top with butter after baking for extra softness.
