Cream Cheese Corn Casserole

 


Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
4 tbsp butter
1/3 cup milk
1 (18 oz) bag frozen sweet corn, thawed (or 2 cans drained)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
(Optional) 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or diced jalapeños for a spicy kick

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 baking dish.
In a pot over low heat, melt cream cheese and butter, stirring until smooth. Add milk, salt, and pepper, then stir in corn.
Pour mixture into the baking dish, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and bubbly on top.
Perfectly creamy and just the right balance of sweet and savory, this casserole makes any meal more satisfying!
