Ingredients

• 4 tbsp cocoa or carob powder (45 g)
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 40 g (⅓ cup) chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven
• Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
• Grease a small baking dish or line with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the oats base
• Pour hot milk over rolled oats and let them soak for 5–10 minutes until softened.
3. Mash the bananas
• In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
• Mix in eggs (or flax eggs) and cocoa powder until well combined.
4. Combine ingredients
• Fold the soaked oats into the banana-cocoa mixture.
• Add baking powder, a pinch of salt, and chopped nuts. Mix until evenly combined.
5. Bake
• Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
• Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
• Let it cool slightly before slicing.
