- 1 cup warm water (not boiling, just comfortably warm)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered if possible)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for sweetness and soothing effect)
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric or fresh turmeric juice
- A pinch of black pepper (to activate turmeric’s benefits)
INSTRUCTION:
- Prepare the base: Warm the water until it is comfortable to drink but not too hot. This helps the body absorb the mixture more easily.
- Add vinegar: Stir in the apple cider vinegar. This ingredient provides a tangy flavor and is often used in natural wellness routines.
