Easy Scalloped Potato Roll Recipe



- 4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)


1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, shredded cheese, minced garlic, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Mix until the potatoes are evenly coated.

3. Take one slice of potato and roll it into a tight spiral. Place it in one of the muffin tin cups. Repeat with the remaining potato slices until all the muffin tin cups are filled.

4. Drizzle the melted butter over the potato rolls.

5. Cover the muffin tin with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the potato rolls are golden brown and crispy on top.

7. Let the potato rolls cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
