3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 (6 oz) box stuffing mix
1 cup chicken broth or water
½ cup butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Prepare Stuffing: In a bowl, mix the stuffing mix with chicken broth (or water) and melted butter. Let it sit to absorb.
Make the Filling: In another bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
Assemble: Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the baking dish. Top with the prepared stuffing.
Bake: Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
