Juicy Steak Bites are the kind of meal that hits the table sizzling and irresistible — tender, buttery, perfectly seasoned pieces of steak that melt the moment they touch your tongue. It’s the comfort of a steakhouse, the aroma that fills the whole house, and that first bite that makes you close your eyes because it’s just that good. Quick, flavorful, and pure satisfaction in every bite.
Ingredients
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Pat the steak pieces dry with a paper towel, then toss them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a hot skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steak bites in a single layer and cook 1–2 minutes per side until browned (work in batches if needed).
Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir gently as the butter melts, coating the steak in a garlicky, rich sauce.
Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and cook for another 30 seconds.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Serve hot with mashed potatoes, rice, roasted veggies, or toothpicks for a party appetizer
