Ingredients
Strawberry Layer
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries (blended)

1 cup milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon butter
Vanilla Layer
2 cups milk
½ cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon butter
Topping
Unsweetened cocoa powder or crushed biscuits
Instructions
Prepare each layer separately.
Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
Allow layers to cool slightly before adding the next one.
Refrigerate until fully set.
How to Make
In a saucepan, combine strawberries, sugar, milk, and cornstarch.
Cook over medium heat while stirring until thick.
Add butter, mix well, then pour into a serving dish.
Let it cool slightly.
In another saucepan, mix milk, sugar, and cornstarch.
Cook until thick, then add vanilla and butter.
Pour gently over the strawberry layer.
Let the dessert cool, then sprinkle cocoa on top.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
