Cheesecake Crescent Rolls Casserole


- 2 cans crescent rolls

- 16 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup butter, melted

- Cinnamon sugar for sprinkling


1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

2. Unroll one can of crescent rolls and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a bottom crust.

3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent roll crust.

5. Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place it on top of the cream cheese mixture to form a top crust.

6. Drizzle the melted butter over the top layer of crescent rolls.

7. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar generously over the top.

8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and the cheesecake layer is set.

9. Allow the casserole to cool slightly before slicing into squares and serving.
