Garlic bread, the best recipe you must try once in your life

 



Ingredients:


- 1 loaf of Italian bread or French baguette

- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

- Salt to taste

- Black pepper to taste

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)


Instructions:


1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

3. Slice the bread loaf in half horizontally and place both halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet.

4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over both halves of the bread.

5. If desired, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the buttered bread.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
