All you need is:
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup raspberry jam
Steps:
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet
Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar until fluffy
Mix in egg and vanilla
Whisk flour and baking powder, then stir into wet mix
Roll dough into balls and place on the sheet
Press centers with your thumb
Fill each with raspberry jam
Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden
Cool and dust with powdered sugar if you want snowy tops
