Ingredients:
1½ cups (375 ml) whole milk
⅓ cup (75 g) granulated sugar
1 tbsp active dry yeast
1¼ tsp salt
4 tbsp (57 g) unsalted butter (softened)
4 cups (480 g) all-purpose flour
1 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)

Instructions:
1. Warm the milk and mix in the sugar. Add the yeast and let it sit for 5–10 minutes until activated.
2. Add butter, salt, and flour, then mix to form a soft dough.
3. Knead the dough for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
4. Cover and let it rise for 1–1.5 hours until doubled in size.
5. Divide into equal portions and shape into smooth balls. Place in a baking tray.
6. Let them rise again for 30–40 minutes.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
8. Brush with melted butter immediately after baking for a glossy finish. ✨
